Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits

Our client is a a leading cargo transportation and logistic company in Indonesia and Asia region (public listed combany/Tbk). In line with its rapid growth and expansion, the company is now looking for highly qualified and dedicated professional to be part of its winning team as:


Job Description :

  • You will be responsible for the implementing of compensation and benefits policies and programs to ensure that they are competitive. This will include market surveys and benchmarking analysis, job evaluation, variable pay programs and performance management program to ensure that the C & B remain highly competitive and responsive to market changes
  • Manages the compensation function includes plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the company’s goals and competitive practices
  • Assures thorough audits, reports and personal contact that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Conduct job evaluation, compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis against industry trends
  • Conduct the annual salary review and performance bonus budget and drive the annual performance and salary review cycle activities
  • Maintain the job structure and the grading system
  • Provide analysis to support recommendations on salary structures and benefits policies
  • Administer expatriate compensation and tax matters
  • Coordinate the annual manpower and HR operating budget exercise together with Finance and HR partners
  • Be involved in various HR projects to review and recommend enhancement in HR and C&B programmes in line with the company goals and objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to provide advice on various C&B functions


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or required field
  • 10 years’ of relevant compensation and benefits experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity from multinational company would be an added advantage
  • You should be familiar with and up-to-date on market practices, trends and development in the rewards systems
  • Hands on experience in administering a major HRIS or SAP. You should also be innovative, resourceful and self-driven with the ability to multi-task
  • Familiar with the government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs; company policies and operations
  • Special Requirements: Mathematical aptitude, analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management.
  • An ability to lead a team & manage projects according to specified timelines/ milestones
